convenient location helpful staff super-fast wifi small bathroom high socket noisy surrounding
i found the location very convenient. the train station and a metro station were only a 5-minute walk away. the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. the wifi was super-fast.
The bathroom was quite small. water wasn't confined to the shower cubicle and went everywhere. the shaver socket was too high. I could not recharge my electric toothbrush (it needed a stable surface). i could hear people showering and flushing the toilet nearby.

black hairs dusty air con
the breakfast was acceptable.
I was very disappointed to find long black hairs on the bed. there was also so much dust in the air con unit. i found greasy marks on the plastic headboard. the lighting was not nice at all. It felt very cold.

friendly staff modern design city center
the staff was friendly. my room included a modern design and it was very clean. the hotel is close to the city center. i saw newcastle cathedral and it was a worthwhile attraction to see.
i found the room to be quite noisy. when my neighbor showered at 11 p.m., it sounded like a leak, made me jump up in bed.

central location clean room breakfast variety
The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city. It was a short walk to the train station and many restaurants (a big plus for convenience!). The room was also very clean, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options.

acceptable stay
good location helpful staff comfortable bed small room thin walls clicking air conditioning
the location worked well for my travel needs. i was only a short walk to the train station. the staff seemed friendly and helpful . the bed was also comfortable enough.
The room i had was quite small, it was not the large double as described. i also noticed some noise from outside. The walls seemed thin. the air conditioning unit made clicking noises, which i found distracting at night.

The room was mostly clean. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful.
I PAID for 3 adults. It was bunk beds FOR them. The rooms were basic, fine, but my daughter, slim size 8, couldn't get her bum past the top bunk. The bottom bunk was so creaky!
